| Southern Polytechnic State University (also known as SPSU or Southern Poly) is phasing out its Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program in Lawrenceville. The last classes offered will be Summer 2007. Our regular BSIT program will continue as usual in Marietta, and there is also a fully on-line WebBSIT available through SPSU (a member of the five-institution consortium delivering that program). The reason for our departure from Gwinnett is the founding of Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) at the site of what was formerly known as the Gwinnett University Center (GUC). GGC plans to offer a BSIT in the near future at their campus in Lawrenceville. |
